Miststar, Frosttail, and Dustfur walked quietly through the undergrowth, ears pricked for the slightest sound of prey."Do you smell that?" whispered Frosttail. Miststar froze. It smelled like a cat, but she didn't recognize it. Suddenly, a fox(Rage) burst out behind a bush and jumped onto Miststar. Caught by surprise, she was easily pinned down. "Frosttail, get back to camp and get a patrol, quick!" she hissed. She scented other cats lurking behind the bush where Rage had come from.

Suddenly a mountain lion came out of the shadows. He caught Frosttail and pinned her down, clawing her back. (Secret)
A huge lion came out and looked at Dustfur, jumping and grabbing the cat in a hard scruff. Then he flung Dustfur on the hard ground. Then he pinned Dustfur on the ground, biting the shoulder-blade. (Zon)

(Dont kill Dustfur, I need him. Dont kill Frosttail either. TreeClan needs more kits, and we dont have many warriors either.)
Miststar yelled, "Brightstorm! Bring a patrol and come to the Thunderpath!" Suddenly, Oakpaw burst out of a bush. "Oakpaw!" shrieked Frosttail. "Oakpaw get Brightstorm and a patrol, quick!" yelled Miststar. Oakpaw disappeared before anyone could tackle him. "Brightstorm," he screeched "Miststar, Frosttail, and Dustfur are being attacked! They said for you to bring a patrol, and leave some warriors here to guard the camp! Hurry, or they'll die!" A terrified look was in his eyes.

A sudden screech pierced the air, and seemed to freeze all activity. A bald eagle dove down from high in the sky, his feathers glistening with ruby blood. At the last moment Zazu opened his talons, and scooped up the screaming apprentice. He held him tightly, but not crushing or piercing the young cat.
Nice Zazu! Lector thought from down below. Her and Thunder were running in wolf form to block TreeClan's entrance.

Hey, can Zazu lose a wing?
"Oakpaw!" screeched Frosttail. Oakpaw quickly bit Zazu's talon. Then, Frosttail squirmed away and leaped onto Zazu and
scrached his wing. Oakpaw squirmed out of his talons and Miststar shrieked "Oakpaw run! Find help!" Oakpaw darted out of sight. Miststar hit Rage round the head knocking him out. Suddenly, Frosttail fell and landed on the ground with a nasty crack. Dustpelt ran towards her. "No." he whispered. "Im not dead."she murmered and staggered upward.

Thunder and Lectorcharged and Miststar. Thunder grabbed her tail and slammed her into a tree. Lector chased after Oakpaw's scent with her nose.

Everyone! Fall back! Zazu thought. He flew towards base, blood dripping from his wing. Lector and Thunder followed closely after.

Oakpaw ran into the clearing, panting, "What happened ?" he chocked out. "Gone."mumbled Miststar. She hissed "When I get my paws on those fox-hearted fools, I'll rip them to shreds!" She winced as she stood up, and then collapsed. She groaned, and shut her eyes. Once again, she staggered up. "Mintpaw, Coldbrook, and Dustfur. Follow them, but dont let them see or scent you. Find out were there camp is, and watch them. DONT attack. Find out all you can about them.We need our deputy back. Go now, and hide your scent. Go!" she whispered

Topazpool rushed to Miststar at the scent of blood. "Eat these," he commanded as he laid down some poppyseeds. He chewed up some goldenrod and put it in her wounds. Then he wrapped her up in cobwebs. "Mintpaw, Coldbrook, Dustfur! Do not go to their camp! We need to nurse the leader back to health. I know I am just a medicine cat, but what I say also goes! I will go talk to them, they have broken the promise," he commanded.
